Nutri Ventures® is a children’s animation project, with the main objective of promoting healthy lifestyle, namely a complete, varied and balanced diet, to a younger audience.
Obesity was acknowledged as the 21st century pandemic, by the World Health Organization. Therefore, Nutri Ventures® has set out to create, through entertainment, a positive environment around healthy eating, making children associate good feelings with healthy eating, creating a unique opportunity for parents, teachers, dietitians and other health professional to influence children’s eating behavior.
This is the largest animation project ever accomplished in Portugal, aimed at children aged 5 to 10. This show is currently broadcasted on Portuguese TV (RTP2 and Panda channels) as well as in other countries.
More than just an animation project, Nutri Ventures® is a movement and a cause! In Portugal, Nutri Ventures® has established a partnership with the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Health in order to reach as many children as possible, and with the Portuguese Association of Nutritionists (APN) to make sure that the nutritional messages are correct and accurate.
