Cut the passion fruit in half and scoop out the pulp and the juice into a bowl. Add water and honey and combine. Add chopped mint leaves.
Peel the peaches, the kiwis and the mango. Cut their pulp into big pieces.
Wash and hull the strawberries. If they are too big, cut them in half.
Thread the fruit onto the wooden skewers and drizzle with the passion fruit dressing.
